To initiate a return or exchange, simply send an email to email@example.com. Email should contain your full name and your order number. Additionally, the reason for the return should be stated. A return label will be sent to you within 24 hours of your return/exchange request. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase. Credit for returned items will be returned via the payment method used for purchase. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount credited.
Items shipped via freight will be processed with 72 hours. A call will be made to set up a convenient pick up time. Furniture items can only be returned if the item shipped is inaccurate or damaged. This information should be communicated to the delivery team at time of drop off if possible. Returns for furniture items due to damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments will only be accepted within 10 days of shipment. Returns due to defects in craftmanship will be accepted within 30 days of shipment. Proper documentation (pictures) are required to determine whether damage is due to normal wear and tear versus a defect in craftmanship.
Delivery fees are not refundable.
